Rechercher des vidéos YouTube

Exécute une recherche filtrée sur les vidéos YouTube indexées et renvoie les résultats avec leur créateur et leurs compteurs d'engagement, de façon paginée. Les recherches consomment plus de quota qu'une consultation unitaire.
